Renqiu Weifeng Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2005, originating from Renqiu Weifeng Gear Factory. In 2013, the company was officially established as Renqiu Weifeng Machinery Parts Co., Ltd. With over 20 years of experience in the transmission parts manufacturing industry, we are a company dedicated to pursuing quality and integrity.
We are equipped with more than 20 sets of main production machinery, specializing in the manufacturing and customization of a wide range of products, including: standard gears, racks, precision ground gears, national standard sprockets, non-standard sprockets, bevel gears, synchronous pulleys, worm gears, worm shafts, spiral bevel gears, and transmission shafts.

√ We are equipped with CNC gear hobbing machines, gear grinding machines, chamfering machines, CNC lathes, milling machines, grinding machines and heat treatment equipment. We integrate turning, milling, grinding, gear cutting, heat treatment (annealing, quenching, tempering, carburizing) and surface treatment into one-stop production.
√ With stable monthly output and fast response, we can meet both small-batch trial production and mass supporting orders for agricultural machinery, construction machinery, automation equipment and reducers.

We implement full-process quality control from raw material incoming to finished product delivery.
√Raw material inspection: Strictly verify material certificates and carry out composition and hardness testing.
√In-process control: Monitor dimensional accuracy, tooth profile, tooth direction and roughness in each processing procedure.
√Finished product inspection: 100% dimensional inspection and performance verification by using coordinate measuring machine (CMM), hardness tester, roughness meter and universal measuring instrument.
√We have passed SGS certification, and products comply with ISO / DIN / ANSI standards to ensure consistency, reliability and long service life.

We have strong non-standard customization and rapid prototyping capabilities.
√Accept customization based on drawings or samples, support single-piece trial production to mass production.
